In this hour-and-a-half presentation, award-winning artist David Sharpe will demonstrate the techniques he uses to achieve this important third dimension in your work.

Canadian artist David Sharpe describes his influences as the American, British and Russian Impressionist painters of the 20th Century, with a special affinity for the American Tonalists of the 20th Century. About Our Technique Takeaways: 

  • Discover techniques you can ‘take away’  from some of your favorite artists and apply to your own work. This one-and-a-half hour presentation will showcase a process that the artist incorporates in their art practice.  Instruction will be through a combination of lecture and demonstration by the artists.
