REFUND POLICY:

Up to 30 days before the start of an online class: You may cancel your registration for a refund minus a $25 processing fee OR you may cancel your registration for a full amount store credit to use on another available class at Winslow Art Center.

Less than 30 days before the start of an online class: Registration fees for online classes are non-refundable within 30 days of the start of a class because commitments to run, cancel or postpone a class and instructor pay are both based on number of participants.

In the unlikely event a class is canceled, a full refund or store credit (your choice) will be given. Classes/Workshops that do not meet the minimum size may be canceled. Early enrollment helps ensure a class or workshop will run. Occasionally instructors cancel due to health or other reasons over which Winslow Art Center has no control and the class will be canceled and Winslow will return or credit all funds promptly.

TRAVEL WORKSHOPS:  By making a deposit for a travel workshop, you are agreeing with the terms of the contract for that workshop and you agree to return a signed copy of the contract along with full payment by the due date as outlined in the contract.  You have 24 hours after making your reservation to cancel for a full refund.  A deposit must be made for each participant whether student or non-student.  If you wish to add someone to your room at a later date, please contact us to make those arrangements.

RECORDING OF ONLINE CLASSES: Online classes which could include student audio, video or screen shares are recorded for private viewing by registered class attendees only.  Students may turn their own audio and video feed off if preferred.
