Join watercolor artist Thomas Bucci to discover how keeping a sketchbook and a regular sketching practice is important for artists of all levels working in any medium. Bucci, who has over 40 years of sketchbook experience, will share how he uses his sketches, both in the field and in the studio, as preliminary studies of values, design and color scheme to develop ideas for finished paintings.

Thomas Bucci is an award-winning watercolorist with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and a Masters of Architecture. After 8 years working as an architect, he began working full-time as a printmaker and painter. He is currently focused on watercolor plein air and studio painting.
