Date recorded: Saturday, March 27, 2021
Medium: Oils, pastels, watercolor, gouache

Dive into the art of landscape painting- from supplies and packing, to site selection and setting up- in this one-hour plein air primer with Scott Gellatly. Scott will share tips from his personal plein air tool kit and show you how to make plein air painting easy, effective and accessible!

Scott Gellatly holds a degree in painting and drawing from the University of Oregon and has exhibited his work in solo and group exhibitions throughout the United States. A landscape painter at heart, Scott’s work has become more abstracted, with greater emphasis on pure color and gestural mark-making to evoke nature.

Scott is an Oregon native and lives in Portland with his family.
