Four Months of Observation – Fall/Winter 2025/2026

Dates: Thursday, October 9, November 13, December 11, 2025 & January 8, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM-12:30 PM Pacific Time/1:00-3:30 PM Eastern Time
Level: All (some experience working with colored pencils helpful)
Medium: Colored pencil

Spend some meditative time drawing and painting the changes in plant life in your own back yard or neighborhood. We will create sketchbook pages or paintings observing the changes happening in each of our individual gardens each month. Starting with the harvest in September and following the autumn colors, the fruits and berries, as autumn moves into winter.

We focus on drawing and seeing, color mixing, trying out different colored pencil techniques, and learning a little botany as we go along.

Supply list and monthly handouts will be provided. All levels welcome.
