Join artist Darrell Anderson as you discover simple sketchbook techniques in gouache, a wonderfully fun forgiving medium. Darrell will share different ways that he creates small gouache sketchbook studies that are often experiments in color, value and design and are frequently the basis for his finished studio paintings. The goal of the class is tocreate your own source book of personal artistic inspiration.
Darrell Anderson paints in gouache, casein, watercolors and oils, and draws in ink, graphite, and conte crayon. He studied under Ron Lukas, William F. Reese, Del Gish, Carolyn Anderson and others.
