“Every leaf speaks bliss to me, fluttering from the autumn tree,” – Emily Brontë. In this 2 day workshop, we will celebrate autumn and it’s colors in watercolor and gouache. What better way to enjoy the vibrant season than in painting leaves! We will explore varied watercolor textures and techniques while learning color mixing to paint nature’s masterpieces.

Cynthia Armstrong holds a graduate certificate degree from UC Santa Cruz in Science Illustration and a Master’s degree in Education from Stanford University. She has been a freelance illustrator and artist for over 25 years, and a teacher for the past 20 years. Cynthia, as a published illustrator, has traveled and journaled extensively throughout her career.
