The interior space we exist in daily, and pass by unnoticed, often provide such exciting opportunities for subject matter in a painting. There is nothing more engaging than being invited into someone’s personal space for a glimpse into their life.
Working from specific assignments, participants are encouraged to work from life to create their paintings. Live “paint along” class demos will be done each week from photo references examining a specific element of the interior space. Individual critique, extra video demo content and discussion about other artist interior works are provided.
Instructor demonstrations will be in oil, gouache and charcoal and participants may work in the medium of their choice. There is no specific materials list for this course.
