This is a working class, meaning you’ll sketch during class time. Barbara provides discussions on each topic with a slide show of examples and demonstrations, too. Sketching supplies include: watercolor, gouache, water-soluble artist crayon, color pencil, charcoal, and conte crayon.
Barbara’s classes are full of invention and exaggeration as you experiment and explore the possibilities of expressive color. Used a little, or a lot, color transforms and communicates.
