Working in gouache or acrylics, explore local color in this 4-week class with Brian McPhee. Students will work from their own photographs of recent travels in their sketchbooks to create simple studies with a focus on understanding the importance of value contrast, breaking down shapes and local color.
Class will include weekly demos and critiques.
