Winslow Travel Workshop Shared Folders

We've created a folder for everyone on your travel workshop to share photos! 

 By uploading or downloading photos from the shared folder, you agree to the following:

  1. Photos are for personal use of the workshop group only.
  2. Ask permission from anyone whose face is recognizable in the photo before posting a photo publicly/on social media.
  3. If a photo is copied directly (without substantial changes beyond cropping) and resulting artwork is posted on social media, please credit/thank/link to the photographer.
  4. If a photo is copied directly (without substantial changes beyond cropping) and resulting artwork is intended to be for sale, ask permission from the photographer.

Your Shared Folder(s):

How to Share your Photos

    1. Log into your Gmail account if you have one. If not, skip to the next section. 
    2. Click the red link for the shared folder for your workshop above
    3. Click +NEW in the top left corner and create a new folder with your name so we know whose photos are whose
    4. (Recommended) Add your name or initials to your photo file names so your name remains with the image if downloaded by someone else. (ie inits-petroia-someinfo.jpg)
    5. Drag and Drop or use the file browser to upload the photos you want to upload in your folder 
    6. Please be careful, anyone logged in can view, upload, download or edit or DELETE anything in the shared folder.
    7. Click on anyone’s folder to view and download the images inside. Thumbnail view is better than list view!
    8. One year after the workshop, the shared folder and all photos will be deleted from our server.

    If you do not have a Google Account or Gmail address:

    1. Having a Gmail account is not required to participate in photo-sharing.
    2. To share, create a folder on your computer with your name or initials in the title.
    3. (Recommended) Add your name or initials to your photo file names so your name remains with the image if downloaded by someone else. (ie inits-petroia-someinfo.jpg)
    4. Add your photos to the folder and compress the folder into a .zip file
    5. Email the zipped folder along with your instructor name and location/dates of your travel workshop to katod@winslowartcentercom.bigscoots-staging.com and I will upload them for you.
    6. To view and download, click the red link above to open your workshop’s shared folder  (You can’t upload, edit or delete without a Google account)
    7. Click on anyone’s folder to view and download the photos inside. Thumbnail view is better than list view!
    8. One year after the workshop, the shared folder and all photos will be deleted from our server.
