Join semi-abstract painter Paul Bailey as he demonstrates his compositional and colour processes to transcribe the landscape he sees. Paul will be focusing on how fields, hedgerows, trees, rivers, flowers, foliage etc. can be used as the basis of abstracted compositions. Also, Paul will explain how distorted perspective and colour adjustments can further enhance the image, but whilst still relaying the scene. The course will be delivered in acrylic, but as the emphasis will be on composition and colour usage the lessons will be suitable for all mediums.
