This workshop will elevate your artistic journey with successful strategies for creating painterly landscapes. Eve will demonstrate how to choose effective reference photos. She will share underpainting techniques to elevate your art journey. She will do two demos per day utilizing different techniques. You will learn how to choose dynamic compositions using thumbnails, 3 to 5 simple shapes, values and edges. We will cover color harmony, tips for loosening your painting style, art apps for success, as well as many tips and tools.

Eve Miller is a signature member of the Pastel Society of America and a member of the Master Circle of the International Association of Pastel Societies. Eve is a signature member of the Pastel Society of the West Coast, a Member of Excellence in the Southeastern Pastel Society, the Pastel Society of Spain and Fellow Maxima Cum Laude at the American Artist Professional League among other memberships. Her works have been featured in numerous publications including Pratiques des Arts in France and Fine Art Connoisseur. As an art instructor and mentor she also conducts workshops at home and abroad. Her goal is to share how to communicate the random beauty one finds in the landscape by utilizing the elements of design.
