How can we create more individual and compelling paintings that break from the traditional rules of Design, Subject and Color? In this 4-week class, Ned Mueller will guide you in breaking these rules as you try new things, take risks, make mistakes and overcome inevitable failures to achieve more compelling works of art. Students will create small value and color studies to work out their concepts and designs, focusing on the creative process rather than the finished results.
