Drawing will be limited to establishing the basic form and linework required for painting and the majority of the course will focus on a variety of techniques that can be used to fill your butterfly with colour, value and texture. We will discuss colour mixing, avoiding flat boring washes, brush techniques (including moisture control) and building value in your work.
