In this online interactive class, learn how to set up a half length portrait drawing, incorporating the arms and hands into the composition. We will build the basic structure of the figure using gesture and comparative measuring techniques, and go over the measurements of the head and face. Lastly, we will build up the shading and values to create beautiful texture and detail to bring life to the portrait.
